In math we learned how to change decimals to fractions. There is a terminating and repeating decimals. The terminating is when a decimal doesn't repeat like this 0.45. A repeating decimal is when it does repeat like 0.4444. To change a terminating decimal to a fraction you have to do this. 0.25 Here's your terminating decimal. You read the decimal which would be twenty five hundredths. That would look like this 25/100. Now you reduce it. I will divide it by 25. That would make it 1/4. Now you can't reduce it anymore.
