1) Do a forward right inside three turn
2) Step onto left foot on a outside edge
3) Spin in a plain one foot spin
4) Bring your right leg out to the side
5) Stay in control
6)Bring leg behind yourself making a side-ways C
7) Push hips forwards
8) Lean backwards making an arch in your back
9) Let your head go loose
10) Spin and HOLD position
11) Exit the spin :)
